We teach 18 traditional Irish & classical instruments at our school. Whether you are a complete beginner picking up your first whistle or an advanced student perfecting your Uilleann pipes technique — we have the right class and the right tutor for you.

How We Teach

Choose the lesson format that suits your schedule, goals, and learning style.

Trial Lesson

A one-off introduction lesson for new students before committing to a term. Trial lessons are not available before the start of term and can only be booked after 24th August.

One-to-One Lessons

Entirely personalised sessions focused on your pace, goals, and repertoire. The fastest way to progress.

Group Classes

Learn alongside other students in a fun, collaborative setting. Great for rhythm instruments and singing.

Online Lessons

Live one-to-one lessons via Zoom or Skype. Available to students anywhere in the world.

Play together in a structured ensemble setting and build confidence with others.

Everything you need to know before booking your first lesson.

Not at all! We can advise you on the best instruments to buy and where to source them in Ireland.
We welcome students of all ages — from young children (typically from age 5 or 6 depending on the instrument) right through to seniors. Our tutors are experienced in adapting their teaching style to suit every age group and learning pace.
Online lessons are conducted live via Zoom or Skype. You will need a decent internet connection, your instrument, and a device with a camera. We recommend using headphones to improve audio quality. Our tutors are experienced in delivering engaging, effective online lessons.
Absolutely. We encourage new students to book a trial lesson first so you can meet your tutor and get a feel for the lessons. All ongoing lessons are booked by term (12 lessons).
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full. Term fees are non-refundable but lessons can be rescheduled with adequate notice.
Yes! We prepare students for ABRSM, Comhaltas, and other recognised music examinations. However, our primary focus is on musical enjoyment and traditional Irish music. Not all students choose to pursue formal exams, and that is entirely fine.
We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, or card. Term fees are payable in advance at the start of each term. You can use our online booking system to pay securely by card.
